How to Use a Travel eSIM on Samsung Galaxy

How to use an EasyTripGo travel eSIM on Samsung Galaxy

On a Samsung Galaxy phone, the EasyTripGo profile must be enabled in SIM Manager, selected as the preferred mobile data line, and allowed to use data roaming. Menu names can vary slightly by Galaxy model, country, and One UI version.

Enable the travel eSIM

  1. Open Settings → Connections → SIM Manager.
  2. Find EasyTripGo, Travel, eSIM 1, or the newly added profile.
  3. Turn on the switch beside that eSIM.
  4. Give it a clear label if your version allows renaming.

If it does not appear, check what to do when an installed eSIM is missing. Do not delete another profile unless you know exactly what it is.

Choose it as the mobile data SIM

Under Preferred SIMs or Primary SIMs, tap Mobile data and select the EasyTripGo eSIM. You can leave your home line selected for calls and messages. Disable automatic data switching during troubleshooting to prevent unexpected data use on the home line.

Turn on data roaming

Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks and enable Data Roaming. On some Galaxy versions, first select the travel eSIM. If the roaming switch is greyed out, confirm Mobile data is turned on. Keep roaming disabled for your primary line where separate controls are available.

Reconnect and test

Turn Wi-Fi off and toggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds. If the phone still has no internet, confirm the APN and supported partner network. Use our APN guide and network-selection guide.

Do not delete the eSIM. Send the order number, phone model, location, and SIM Manager screenshots to official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp.
