Yes. Wi-Fi and an EasyTripGo eSIM can remain enabled at the same time. Your phone normally uses a working Wi-Fi connection first and keeps the eSIM ready for mobile data when Wi-Fi is unavailable.

Keep both connections enabled

You can stay connected to hotel, airport or café Wi-Fi while the travel eSIM remains switched on. The Wi-Fi symbol usually shows which connection is active, while the cellular signal bars show that the eSIM is registered.

Select EasyTripGo as the cellular data line

When the phone needs mobile data, it must use the travel eSIM rather than your home line. Choose EasyTripGo under Mobile Data or Preferred SIM for data and follow our data-line selection steps.

Check Wi-Fi fallback features

Some phones can use cellular data when Wi-Fi is weak. On iPhone this is called Wi-Fi Assist; Android brands may use names such as Switch to mobile data. If your allowance is limited, review Low Data Mode or Data Saver and disable fallback if preferred.

Test the eSIM separately when needed

A webpage loading on Wi-Fi does not prove that the eSIM works. Briefly turn Wi-Fi off and test mobile data, then reconnect to Wi-Fi. If cellular data fails, use the installed-but-no-internet checklist. Do not delete the eSIM.
