Turning Wi-Fi off briefly separates your mobile-data connection from the Wi-Fi connection. If Wi-Fi stays on, websites and messages may work even though the EasyTripGo eSIM has not connected to cellular data.
Check the network indicators
Look for both the Wi-Fi symbol and a cellular label such as 4G, LTE or 5G. Signal bars alone may only mean that a line sees a network; they do not confirm that mobile data is flowing.
Confirm the selected mobile-data SIM
Before the test, choose EasyTripGo as the data line and disable automatic data switching. Use the correct data-SIM guide and keep roaming off on your primary SIM.
Perform a brief, low-data test
Turn Wi-Fi off for a moment and load a simple webpage. If it opens, the eSIM is providing data. Reconnect to Wi-Fi afterward. For extra protection against your home line, follow the safe eSIM test procedure.
Troubleshoot the mobile connection
If the page does not open, confirm that the EasyTripGo line and data roaming are on. Toggle Airplane Mode for 15–30 seconds and restart the phone. Then use the installed-but-no-internet checklist. Do not delete the profile.
