Supported OPPO and OnePlus phones use similar Android mobile-network controls, but the wording can differ between ColorOS, OxygenOS, model, and region. After installation, enable the travel profile, select it for mobile data, and turn on roaming for that eSIM.
Check model and regional support
eSIM availability is not determined by the phone name alone. Confirm the full model number and sales region. If your phone does not show an Add eSIM option, use our compatibility guide before attempting installation again.
Select the travel eSIM for data
- Open Settings → Mobile network, SIM card & mobile data, or Mobile network settings.
- Turn on EasyTripGo, Travel, eSIM, or the newly installed line.
- Open the default SIM settings.
- Select that eSIM for Mobile data or Internet.
Keep your primary number for calls or messages if required, but disable smart or automatic data switching during troubleshooting.
Turn on data roaming
Open the travel eSIM's settings and enable Data roaming. Make sure you are editing the travel profile, not the home line. A roaming indicator is normal for many travel eSIMs. Read why a travel eSIM displays roaming.
Reconnect and check the APN
Toggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds and test with Wi-Fi off. If mobile data does not load, compare the APN with the delivery email and follow our APN guide.
Do not delete the eSIM. Send your order number, exact phone model, software version, location, and screenshots to official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp.
