128 Kbps is a very limited connection speed. If your plan reduces speed to this level after a Fair Use Policy allowance, basic text-based tasks may still work, but rich websites, media, downloads, navigation updates, and video are likely to be slow or fail.
Tasks that may still work
- Plain text messages without large attachments
- Simple email with images disabled
- Previously downloaded maps and travel information
- Occasional lightweight web pages
Even these tasks depend on signal, congestion, and the app. Modern apps often load images, ads, and background services before showing the content, so a seemingly simple action can require more capacity.
Tasks to avoid at reduced speed
Pause video and music streaming, cloud backups, app updates, photo uploads, hotspot use, and repeated speed tests. Turn off automatic media downloads in messaging apps. Use offline maps and saved tickets whenever possible.
Check the reset rule
- Open your EasyTripGo delivery email.
- Review the plan's FUP and daily allowance.
- Check current usage with the supplied usage link.
- Wait until the stated reset time and reconnect.

Deleting the eSIM will not restore speed
Do not delete or reinstall the profile. If the total plan allowance is exhausted, purchase a new plan. If the connection remains unusable after the stated reset, contact official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp with the order number, ICCID, location, and usage screenshot.
