When a travel eSIM uses all of its included high-speed or total data, the connection may stop or become limited according to the plan rules. First confirm the allowance status before changing phone settings.
Check the remaining allowance
Open the data-usage link in your EasyTripGo delivery email and enter the ICCID when requested. Compare that result with the phone's own counter. The phone may include earlier usage, so follow our remaining eSIM data guide for the most reliable check.
Rule out a daily limit or FUP speed
A daily plan may reset its allowance later, while an unlimited FUP plan may continue at a reduced speed. Read the product rules and see when daily eSIM data resets. Slow data does not always mean the whole plan has ended.
Purchase a new plan when the allowance is finished
If the included allowance is exhausted and will not reset, purchase a new EasyTripGo plan for the correct destination and travel dates. A new order provides a new eSIM profile and allowance. Keep the old profile installed until the new plan is ready.
Install and test the new profile
Use stable Wi-Fi, label the new line clearly, select it for mobile data and enable data roaming on that line. Turn the old profile off after the new connection works. Do not delete a profile that is still being checked; review why deletion can complicate troubleshooting.
