How to Use a Travel eSIM on Motorola

How to use an EasyTripGo travel eSIM on Motorola

On a supported Motorola phone, the EasyTripGo eSIM must be turned on, chosen as the preferred SIM for mobile data, and allowed to roam. The menu may say SIMs, Mobile network, or SIMs & mobile network depending on the Android and My UX version.

Turn on the travel profile

  1. Open Settings → Network & internet.
  2. Tap SIMs or SIMs & mobile network.
  3. Find EasyTripGo, Travel, or the newly downloaded profile.
  4. Turn that SIM on.

If it is missing, do not scan repeatedly. Follow our profile-not-showing guide.

Choose it for mobile data

Tap SIM for mobile data or the default data option and select the travel eSIM. Turn off Switch SIM automatically while troubleshooting. This prevents the phone from silently using your home SIM if the travel network takes time to register.

Enable roaming for the eSIM

Open the travel eSIM's individual settings and turn on Roaming. Keep roaming off on the primary line where separate controls are available. If normal data works but tethering does not, use our hotspot troubleshooting guide.

Reconnect and verify settings

Toggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, turn Wi-Fi off, and test a webpage. If data fails, check the APN under the travel SIM and use only the value in your delivery instructions. See how to check the APN.

Do not delete the eSIM. Send the order number, Motorola model, Android version, exact location, and screenshots to official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp.
