eSIM Not Showing After Installation? How to Find It

How to find an eSIM profile after installation

An installed eSIM may use a generic label such as Travel, Secondary, Business, Personal, or SIM 2 instead of EasyTripGo. Before trying the QR code again, review every cellular line on the phone.

Where to look

  • iPhone: Settings → Cellular or Mobile Data → SIMs.
  • Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager.
  • Google Pixel: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
  • Xiaomi: Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks.

Open each unfamiliar or inactive line and check its carrier name, ICCID, or installation date. If you find the travel eSIM, turn on the line, select it for mobile data, and enable data roaming.

Refresh the phone

  1. Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off.
  2. Restart the phone.
  3. Install any pending operating-system and carrier-settings updates.
  4. Return to the SIM list and check again.

If the QR code says it was already used

This often means the profile was downloaded previously. Do not repeatedly rescan it and do not delete an unfamiliar line. Follow eSIM Activation Code Already Used.

Contact support before deleting anything

Email official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp +62 81190057586. Include your order number, phone model, current country, screenshots of the complete SIM list, and the exact error message. We can check the eSIM status and provide a replacement QR code when appropriate.

Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting. Many eSIM profiles can be installed only once.
