The Access Point Name, or APN, tells your phone how to connect to mobile data. Some eSIMs configure it automatically; others require the APN supplied in the installation instructions.
Before changing anything
Open the eSIM delivery email or order details and find the APN information. Enter it exactly as provided. Do not copy an APN from an unrelated carrier or online forum.
Check APN on iPhone
- Open Settings.
- Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Select the EasyTripGo eSIM.
- Open Cellular Data Network if the option is available.
- Enter the supplied APN in the Cellular Data field.
If the APN menu is hidden, the profile may manage it automatically.
Check APN on Android
- Open Settings.
- Go to Mobile Networks and select the EasyTripGo eSIM.
- Open Access Point Names.
- Select the existing APN or create a new one using the supplied details.
- Save it and make sure it is selected.
Reconnect
After saving the APN, turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds and then off. Restart the phone if necessary. Make sure the EasyTripGo eSIM remains selected for mobile data and has data roaming enabled.
If you cannot find the correct APN, contact EasyTripGo Support with your order number and phone model. Do not send your QR code publicly.
