Build your offline pack
Download the itinerary, booking confirmation, pickup instructions and accommodation details while a reliable connection is available. Store the guide's contact information locally. Download suitable offline maps, but remember that a map on a phone is not by itself a complete navigation or safety plan for remote travel.
Tell a trusted contact that check-ins may be delayed by coverage gaps and agree on expectations with your tour provider. Keep important information available on more than one device or in another usable form, so access does not depend on one phone staying charged.

Install within 90 days of purchase. Your selected duration starts at installation, not when you next find a signal. Do not assume offline days are added back to the plan. You may install before departure, but that elapsed time counts too.

Hotspot is supported and shares the allowance, but it cannot provide internet without an underlying mobile connection. The eSIM is data only: no number, traditional calls or SMS. Arrange appropriate communication methods separately and keep the supplied setup instructions available offline.
