Correct setup helps your Laos, Cambodia and Bangladesh eSIM connect after arrival and register on the next partner network during the trip. Install it on stable Wi-Fi and follow the activation instructions supplied with the order. Menu names differ by phone brand, but the important settings are similar.
Check the phone before installation
Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Keep the QR code or manual activation information open on another screen, or print it. If the code is displayed on the same phone, use an import-from-photo function only when the device supports that feature.
Install and label the profile
On iPhone, open Settings, Cellular or Mobile Service, then Add eSIM. On Android, look under Network & Internet, Connections or SIM Manager, then select Add eSIM. Scan the supplied code and label the new profile “EasyTripGo” so it is easy to identify.
Select the correct mobile-data line
Choose EasyTripGo as the mobile-data SIM. Enable data roaming for that line because the travel profile connects through local partner networks. Turn off cellular-data switching so your home SIM does not take over and generate roaming charges. The home line may remain active for calls and messages.
Moving between destinations
Leave network selection on automatic unless support gives different instructions. After arriving in another covered country, registration may take several minutes. If the phone does not reconnect, toggle airplane mode for about 30 seconds and restart the device.
Using a personal hotspot
If hotspot sharing is supported by the plan and phone, open Personal Hotspot or Mobile Hotspot and connect a laptop or tablet using a password. Laptop updates, cloud synchronization and video streaming consume fixed allowances quickly. Mark the connection as metered and pause automatic backups.
If mobile data does not work
Check that the eSIM is enabled, selected for mobile data and allowed to roam. Verify any APN information included with the order. Do not delete the profile as a troubleshooting step because many travel eSIMs cannot be installed twice.
