A Google Pixel can store more than one SIM profile, but only one SIM can be the default mobile data line. After installing EasyTripGo, make sure the travel profile is switched on, selected for data, and allowed to roam.
Find and enable the eSIM
- Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
- Tap EasyTripGo, Travel, Downloaded SIM, or the new profile.
- Turn on Use SIM.
- Turn on Mobile data for the travel eSIM.
Pixel menu labels can differ by Android version. If the profile is not listed, follow our missing eSIM checklist before scanning again.
Choose the default data SIM
In Settings → Network & internet → SIMs, tap Mobile data under your primary SIM preferences and select EasyTripGo. Leave your home SIM assigned to calls or texts if you need it, but turn off automatic data switching while testing.
Enable roaming for EasyTripGo
Open the EasyTripGo SIM settings and turn on Roaming. This is normally required because the travel profile connects through a partner operator. Do not enable roaming on the home line unless you accept your home carrier's terms. See how to avoid primary-line roaming charges.
Refresh the mobile network
Turn Wi-Fi off, toggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, and test a new webpage. If needed, try another supported operator rather than every network shown. Our no-internet guide covers the remaining checks.
