If your iPhone shows SOS, SOS Only, No Service, or Searching, the selected line is not registered normally on a cellular network. For a travel eSIM, this is often caused by destination coverage, a disabled line, roaming settings, or network selection.
Confirm that you are in a covered destination
A single-country plan normally works only in its named destination. If you are still at home, in transit, offshore, or across a border not included in the plan, no service can be normal. Check the country list in the product and delivery instructions.
Check the EasyTripGo line
- Open Settings → Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Tap the EasyTripGo, Travel, Secondary, or newly installed line.
- Turn on Turn On This Line.
- Select that line under Cellular Data.
- Enable Data Roaming for the travel eSIM.
Keep data roaming disabled on your home line if you want to avoid home-carrier roaming charges.
Refresh network registration
Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, turn it off, and wait several minutes. Restart the iPhone if needed. If Automatic network selection does not connect, choose only a partner operator listed for your plan. See our manual network selection guide.
If SOS Only remains
Move outdoors or near a window, update iOS and carrier settings over Wi-Fi, and check that the plan still has data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM. Send your order number, ICCID, location, phone model, network list, and screenshots to official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp.
