Your phone may list several mobile operators but refuse to register on some of them. A visible network is not automatically included in your travel eSIM plan. Messages such as Forbidden, Unable to connect, or Network unavailable often mean the operator is unsupported, temporarily unavailable, or too weak at your location.
Start with Automatic selection
Turn Automatic network selection on and wait several minutes. The eSIM normally chooses an available partner. Keep the EasyTripGo line enabled, selected for mobile data, and set to data roaming.
If you need to select manually
- Move outdoors or near a window.
- Open Network Operators or Network Selection.
- Turn off Automatic and wait for the full list.
- Compare the names with the supported operators in your plan instructions.
- Select one supported partner and allow time to register.
- If it fails, try the next listed partner rather than every visible network.
If the list will not load
Toggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, restart the phone, and try again. Set the preferred network mode to an automatic 5G/4G/LTE option rather than forcing a technology that may not be available locally.
Return to Automatic when needed
A manual choice can stop working after you move to another city or country. Turn Automatic selection back on after crossing a border or leaving the operator's coverage area. Read our supported network selection guide and border-crossing guide.
If no supported network accepts the eSIM, send the order number, location, phone model, and a screenshot of the complete operator list to official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp. Do not delete the profile.
