A new EasyTripGo order normally creates a separate eSIM profile. Switching plans therefore means installing the new profile and choosing it as the phone's mobile-data line.
Install the new eSIM using stable internet
Connect to reliable Wi-Fi and follow the new order email. If the QR code is displayed on the same phone, use manual installation details or another screen. See how to install a QR code received on the same phone.
Rename both eSIM lines
Give each profile a clear name such as “Old Trip” and “EasyTripGo New.” This reduces the chance of enabling roaming on the wrong line. Our eSIM line-label guide shows the steps.
Select the new line for data
Turn on the new profile, choose it as the mobile-data SIM and enable data roaming for that profile. Disable mobile-data switching. Then turn airplane mode on for about 30 seconds, turn it off and test a webpage.
Keep the old profile until testing is complete
Do not delete the old eSIM before confirming that the new connection works. Once it is expired, no longer needed and clearly identified, you can turn it off or remove it later. If the new line has no internet, use the installed-but-no-internet checklist.
