If you accidentally shared an eSIM QR code, act promptly but do not panic. Exposure does not prove that another person installed it. The correct response depends on whether your eSIM profile is already installed and active.
Remove the exposed copy
Delete the image or message from any public page, marketplace, review or group chat you control. Ask the platform or recipient to remove copies. Do not post a replacement screenshot containing the same activation details.
Check the intended phone
Open the phone's SIM or mobile network settings and look for the EasyTripGo profile. If it is present, leave it installed. Follow why you should not delete an eSIM during troubleshooting.
Avoid repeated installation attempts
Do not scan the code on multiple phones. A single-use code may then report that it has already been used. Review our used activation code guide before changing anything.
Contact EasyTripGo securely
Send us the order number, destination, phone model and current profile status. Include the ICCID if available, but never send account passwords or OTP codes. We will check the plan and advise the next safe step. If the QR code simply fails to scan, use the QR troubleshooting checklist.
If you still need help, contact EasyTripGo Support or message us on WhatsApp. Please include your order number, destination, phone model and screenshots of the relevant settings.
