“Mobile Network Not Available,” “Not Registered on Network” or an emergency-calls-only status means the phone has not registered correctly with a usable mobile network.
Confirm coverage and plan eligibility
- Make sure you are in a country covered by the plan.
- Move outdoors or near a window.
- Confirm that the plan is valid and has remaining data.
- Check that the phone is carrier-unlocked.
Check the EasyTripGo line
- Open Settings > Connections > SIM manager on Samsung, or Settings > Network & internet > SIMs on Pixel.
- Make sure the EasyTripGo eSIM is turned on.
- Select it for mobile data.
- Enable data roaming on that line.
Refresh network registration
- Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds.
- Turn airplane mode off and wait up to two minutes.
- Turn the EasyTripGo line off and back on.
- Restart the phone.
Try network selection
Start with automatic network selection. If it cannot register, open Network operators and test only the partner networks included with the plan. A network may take one or two minutes to return a result.
Try 4G or LTE
Change the preferred network type from 5G to 4G/LTE temporarily. LTE can be more stable in areas with weak or incomplete 5G coverage.
Do not delete the eSIM
Deleting the profile does not improve local coverage and can make the original QR code unusable. Follow the manual network-selection guide and the weak-signal checklist.
