eSIM Shows No Service? Try Manual Network Selection

Steps to manually select a supported mobile network for an eSIM

An eSIM can show No Service before you reach its coverage area or when the phone cannot register automatically on a partner network. Do not delete the eSIM.

Check these items first

  • You are physically in a country covered by the plan.
  • The EasyTripGo eSIM is switched on.
  • Data roaming is enabled for the eSIM.
  • Airplane Mode is off.
  • Your phone is carrier-unlocked.

Manual network selection on iPhone

  1. Open Settings and select Cellular.
  2. Choose the EasyTripGo eSIM.
  3. Tap Network Selection.
  4. Turn off Automatic.
  5. Wait for the carrier list and select a supported network from your plan instructions.

Manual network selection on Android

  1. Open Settings and go to Mobile Networks.
  2. Select the EasyTripGo eSIM.
  3. Open Network Operators or Choose Network.
  4. Disable automatic selection.
  5. Select a supported network and wait for registration.

If one supported network does not connect, try another supported network listed in the eSIM instructions. Registration may take several minutes.

Important: A network visible in the list is not necessarily included in your plan. Use only a supported operator.

If signal appears but data still fails, check the APN settings.
