An eSIM can show No Service before you reach its coverage area or when the phone cannot register automatically on a partner network. Do not delete the eSIM.
Check these items first
- You are physically in a country covered by the plan.
- The EasyTripGo eSIM is switched on.
- Data roaming is enabled for the eSIM.
- Airplane Mode is off.
- Your phone is carrier-unlocked.
Manual network selection on iPhone
- Open Settings and select Cellular.
- Choose the EasyTripGo eSIM.
- Tap Network Selection.
- Turn off Automatic.
- Wait for the carrier list and select a supported network from your plan instructions.
Manual network selection on Android
- Open Settings and go to Mobile Networks.
- Select the EasyTripGo eSIM.
- Open Network Operators or Choose Network.
- Disable automatic selection.
- Select a supported network and wait for registration.
If one supported network does not connect, try another supported network listed in the eSIM instructions. Registration may take several minutes.
Important: A network visible in the list is not necessarily included in your plan. Use only a supported operator.
If signal appears but data still fails, check the APN settings.
