It is normal for an EasyTripGo eSIM to remain listed in phone settings after the purchased data or validity period has ended. The phone stores the eSIM profile separately from the plan’s current service status.
A visible profile does not prove that service is active
The profile name, ICCID and line switch may still appear even when there is no remaining data or the validity period has ended. The phone does not necessarily delete expired eSIMs automatically.
Check the plan status
- Open the data-usage link in your EasyTripGo delivery email.
- Enter the requested ICCID.
- Check the remaining data and plan status.
- Review the validity rule in the product and delivery information.
If the plan is still valid
Turn the line on, select EasyTripGo for mobile data, enable data roaming and connect to a supported network in a covered destination. If it still does not work, follow the complete no-internet guide.
If the plan has ended
Purchase a new EasyTripGo plan for your next destination and follow the new delivery instructions. Do not assume that a new order will automatically activate on an old profile.
Should you delete the expired profile?
You may delete it if the plan is finished, you no longer need troubleshooting assistance and you are certain you selected the correct travel profile. If you are not sure, turn it off instead. Deleting the wrong eSIM could remove your primary mobile service.
