Yes. Once an EasyTripGo eSIM is installed and you are inside its covered destination, it can provide mobile data without a Wi-Fi connection. Wi-Fi is usually needed during installation, but it is not the source of the eSIM's mobile service.
Use stable internet during installation
Your phone must download the eSIM profile from the activation server. Connect to reliable Wi-Fi before scanning the QR code or entering the activation details. For timing guidance, see whether to install before travelling.
Be inside the plan's coverage area
An installed profile cannot connect through a destination partner while you are still outside the supported country or region. Seeing no service before arrival can therefore be normal. Check the destination shown in your order confirmation.
Choose the correct data line and roaming setting
Set EasyTripGo as the mobile-data SIM and enable data roaming on that eSIM. Keep your home line from taking over automatically. Use the data-roaming guide and disable mobile-data switching.
Test with Wi-Fi turned off briefly
Turn off Wi-Fi and open a webpage. A 4G, LTE or 5G indicator should appear when the eSIM connects. If it does not, wait a few minutes, toggle Airplane Mode and restart the phone. Do not delete the installed eSIM while troubleshooting.
