Accidentally Deleted Your eSIM? What to Do Next

What to do after accidentally deleting an eSIM

Deleting an eSIM removes the downloaded profile from the phone. It does not restore used data or reset the plan. Because many activation codes are designed for one installation, the original QR code may not work again.

Do not repeatedly scan the QR code

One careful attempt may show whether the code is reusable, but repeated scans will not restore a profile that the system marks as already used. Save a screenshot of the exact message.

Collect these details

  • EasyTripGo order number and purchaser email
  • Phone brand, exact model, and operating-system version
  • Current country and travel dates
  • Whether the eSIM was previously working
  • Approximate deletion time
  • The error shown when you try to reinstall

Contact EasyTripGo Support

Email official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp +62 81190057586. We will check the activation status and can provide a replacement QR code when appropriate.

Do not purchase another plan immediately

Wait for the status check unless you urgently need a separate new plan. A replacement depends on the profile status, product rules, and troubleshooting findings.

Prevent this next time

Turn an eSIM line off when you do not need it instead of deleting it. Keep the delivery email and label the line clearly as EasyTripGo or Travel. Read Why You Should Not Delete Your eSIM While Troubleshooting.
