The EasyTripGo USA, Canada and Mexico eSIM connects through local partner networks in all three countries. It is intended to keep mobile data available when crossing borders without installing a separate profile for every destination. Actual performance still depends on the partner signal at your exact location.
United States partner networks
The product lists Verizon and AT&T in the United States. These networks serve many cities, airports and populated travel corridors. The eSIM may select a partner automatically according to local availability. Coverage can become weaker in national parks, deserts, mountain roads and sparsely populated rural areas.
Canada partner network
Rogers is the listed Canadian partner. Urban areas and major highways normally provide a more consistent experience than remote northern regions, wilderness routes and mountain valleys. Download essential directions and reservation details before leaving a connected town.
Mexico partner network
Movistar is the listed partner in Mexico. Major cities and popular tourist areas may have stronger service, while rural communities, remote beaches and long intercity routes can vary. Building materials, terrain and local congestion also affect indoor reception and speed.
5G, 4G and LTE
5G can be available in supported locations, with 4G or LTE used across many other travel areas. A 5G-capable phone does not guarantee 5G everywhere. Device bands, network rollout, congestion and local coverage all influence what appears on the status bar. Switching between 5G and 4G while moving is normal.
What to do when coverage disappears
First confirm that the EasyTripGo eSIM is enabled, selected for mobile data and allowed to use data roaming. Toggle airplane mode for about 30 seconds, restart the phone and keep network selection on automatic. If a signal is visible but data does not work, check any APN instructions included with the order.
Do not delete the eSIM
Many travel eSIM profiles are designed for one installation. Deleting the profile during troubleshooting may prevent reinstallation. Take screenshots of the SIM and mobile-network settings and contact support before removing it.
