Successful installation does not confirm that the local mobile network will be available where you intend to use it.
Understand when the clock starts
Install within 90 days of purchase. Your selected plan duration starts at installation—not at arrival, the first network connection or the first message. Installing before departure is possible, but the predeparture time counts.
The 90-day installation window is not 90 days of mobile service. A selected 7-day package keeps its 7-day duration, and time without signal does not pause it. Choose your installation time with this distinction in mind.
Set up using the supplied instructions
- Keep the order email and QR code or supported installation method accessible.
- Open your phone's mobile-network settings and choose to add an eSIM.
- Follow the instructions provided with your order.
- Label the profile clearly so you can distinguish it from your home line.
- When ready to use it in a supported location, select the new line for mobile data and apply the supplied roaming settings.
Do not guess an APN or select a network based on a guide for a different product. Menu names vary by device. Your home carrier may still charge for services used on the home line, so check its settings separately and avoid unintended automatic data switching.
Test the mobile connection
Where you have service, briefly turn off Wi-Fi and try opening a simple web page. The listed network is Wataniya Mobile, but the product description does not establish live access at every location in the West Bank or Gaza.
If the test fails, check the selected data line, the supplied settings and remaining validity or fixed allowance. Do not delete the profile as a first troubleshooting step. Contact support before removing it; repeated installation attempts are not a reliable way to fix unavailable local service.
Enable hotspot only after data works
Hotspot and tethering are supported. Turn on your phone's hotspot feature, set a password and connect the second device. Both devices share the same data allowance and depend on the phone's own working connection.
Daily Unlimited includes 1GB high-speed data each day, then unlimited data at up to 5Mbps, with a daily reset. A laptop does not receive a separate daily allowance. Disable unnecessary backups and updates if you need to preserve high-speed data.
Data-only limits and support
No phone number, traditional calls or SMS are included. Messaging apps can use available data, but this plan does not provide a number for their verification. Keep important contacts and instructions accessible offline.
