Set up the EasyTripGo Guam USA eSIM before you rely on it for airport transport, hotel directions or an island road trip. The data-only plan uses GTA Teleguam in Guam and Verizon in the United States where available. Save your booking references and support contact details safely offline before departure.

Check your phone before purchase

The device must support eSIM and be unlocked from its original carrier. If it supports dual SIM, label the lines clearly—for example, “Primary” and “Guam”—so you can select the correct line after arrival. Check whether keeping the primary SIM active could create roaming charges.

Install using stable Wi-Fi

Open the installation information in the delivery email and follow the iPhone or Android instructions. Use stable Wi-Fi and save the email offline. Follow the stated activation timing because plan validity depends on the provider's conditions. Do not delete the installed eSIM while troubleshooting; a deleted profile may not be reusable.

Select the EasyTripGo data line

After arriving, enable the Guam eSIM and choose it for mobile data. Turn on data roaming for that travel line. If the phone has automatic mobile-data switching, disable it when there is a risk of traffic returning to the home SIM. Data roaming can remain disabled on the primary line.

Connect to GTA Teleguam

Automatic network selection normally handles registration. If there is no service, wait several minutes, toggle airplane mode for about 30 seconds and follow any manual network or APN details in the delivery email. Move outdoors if the signal is weak inside a large building.

Use personal hotspot carefully

Hotspot or tethering can work on compatible devices and plans. Select the EasyTripGo eSIM as the data source before connecting a laptop or tablet. Video calls, streaming, cloud backups and operating-system updates can consume data quickly. Disable automatic downloads or choose a larger allowance if hotspot use is important.

Troubleshooting checklist

Confirm the eSIM is enabled, selected for data and allowed to roam. Restart the connection, verify the instructions in the delivery email and review the Guam coverage guide. Never remove the profile as a first troubleshooting step.
