Choose the installation time carefully

You can install before departure, but the clock starts then. For example, installing a seven-day plan two days before you need data consumes two days of the plan before that intended use. Disabling the line does not pause or restart validity.

Do not install weeks early just to test the QR code. Read the instructions and check compatibility first. If your dates are uncertain, separate the purchase decision from the installation decision while staying within the 90-day window.

Set the correct data line

1. Follow the emailed instructions to add and label the eSIM.
2. Select the Afghanistan eSIM for mobile data when you want to use it.
3. Apply data-roaming and APN settings exactly as supplied; do not guess APN values.
4. Review settings that could let your home SIM use mobile data instead.

If installation or data does not work

Do not repeatedly remove the profile or buy another plan without identifying the issue. Record the error message, phone model and installation time. Contact support over a working connection; if a replacement QR code is needed, support can advise on the next step. A wider outage may not be resolved by replacing the profile.

No Afghan phone number or traditional calls and SMS are included. Internet-based communication depends on both the data connection and the service being accessible.
