When an eSIM has no signal or internet, deleting it may seem like a quick reset. However, many travel eSIM profiles are designed for one-time installation. After deletion, the same QR code may show an already-used or invalid error.
Try these steps instead
- Switch the eSIM off and back on.
- Select the eSIM for mobile data.
- Enable data roaming for the eSIM.
- Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds and then off.
- Restart the phone.
- Check the APN from your delivery instructions.
- Try a supported network manually.
These steps refresh the connection without removing the downloaded eSIM profile.
If you deleted the eSIM accidentally
Do not repeatedly scan the QR code. Contact EasyTripGo Support and provide your order number, phone model and a screenshot of the error. We will check the eSIM status and advise the available solution. Depending on the profile status, a replacement QR code may be required.
