eSIM technology does not create or reduce local coverage by itself. Signal strength depends on the partner network, nearby towers, terrain, building materials, congestion and your phone’s supported frequency bands.
Move to a better reception point
- Move near a window or go outdoors.
- Leave underground stations, lifts, basements and enclosed parking areas.
- In a remote area, move to a higher or more open location when safe.
- Test again away from dense concrete, metal walls or large crowds.
Refresh the connection
- Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds.
- Turn airplane mode off and wait up to two minutes.
- Confirm EasyTripGo is still selected for mobile data.
- Make sure data roaming remains on for the EasyTripGo line.
Try another supported partner network
If your plan lists more than one supported operator, use manual network selection and test the listed networks one at a time. Do not select an operator that is not included in the plan. Follow our manual network-selection guide.
Try 4G or LTE
5G is not always the strongest choice indoors or outside major cities. Set the preferred network to 4G/LTE temporarily and test again. A stable LTE connection can perform better than a weak 5G signal.
Read why an eSIM may show LTE or 4G instead of 5G.
Understand coverage limits
No provider can guarantee strong indoor or remote-area service everywhere. If the signal returns in another location, the eSIM profile is likely working correctly. Do not delete it. Record the city, exact area, network name and signal status if you contact support.
