An eSIM profile can remain installed after a trip, but that does not automatically mean the purchased data plan can be used again. The plan must still have remaining data, valid service days and coverage for your next destination.
Check these three things
- Remaining data: Use the data-check link in your EasyTripGo delivery email and enter the requested ICCID.
- Validity: Confirm that the service period has not ended.
- Coverage: Make sure the next country or region is included in the original plan.
If the original plan is still valid
Leave the eSIM installed. At the covered destination, turn the EasyTripGo line on, select it for mobile data, enable data roaming and wait for a supported partner network. Do not scan the original QR code again.
If the plan has expired or has no data
Purchase a new EasyTripGo plan for the correct destination and travel dates. A new order may provide a new activation profile or QR code, so follow the instructions in the new delivery email rather than assuming the old profile will receive the new service.
Do not confuse the profile with the plan
The eSIM listed in phone settings is a digital profile. The data allowance and validity belong to the purchased plan. The profile may still be visible even after service has ended.
Before deleting anything
If you are unsure whether the plan can still be used, turn the line off instead of deleting it and contact support. Deleting the profile may make the original QR code unusable.
