When you cross into another country, a regional eSIM must leave the previous network and register with a supported partner in the new location. This can take a few minutes and may require a connection refresh.
1. Confirm the country is included
Check the product page and delivery email. A regional plan works only in its listed countries. A single-country eSIM will not provide service after you leave that destination.
2. Check the travel eSIM settings
- The EasyTripGo line is turned on.
- EasyTripGo is selected for mobile data.
- Data roaming remains enabled on EasyTripGo.
- Automatic data switching to the primary line is off.
3. Force a new network registration
- Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds.
- Turn Airplane Mode off and wait several minutes.
- Restart the phone if the new network does not appear.
- Move outside or near a window to improve signal.
4. Select a supported network manually
If the instructions list partners for the new country, turn off automatic network selection and choose one of those operators. Do not select an unlisted network. See Manual Network Selection.
