How to Find Your eSIM ICCID, EID and IMEI

How to find ICCID EID and IMEI identifiers

EasyTripGo Support may ask for an ICCID, EID or IMEI when checking an eSIM issue. These numbers identify different parts of your service and device.

What each number means

  • ICCID: identifies a SIM or eSIM profile. Use the ICCID associated with the EasyTripGo eSIM, not your primary line.
  • EID: identifies the embedded eSIM hardware inside your phone.
  • IMEI: identifies the phone’s cellular radio. Dual-SIM phones may show IMEI 1 and IMEI 2.

Find the numbers on iPhone

  1. Open Settings > General > About.
  2. Scroll down to the SIM and eSIM information.
  3. Look for EID, IMEI and the ICCID under the EasyTripGo line.

Find the numbers on Google Pixel

  1. Open Settings > About phone.
  2. Find the IMEI section.
  3. For EID and SIM information, open SIM status or the relevant SIM details. The exact path varies by Android version.

Find the numbers on Samsung Galaxy

  1. Open Settings > About phone.
  2. Open Status information, IMEI information or SIM status.
  3. Select the EasyTripGo eSIM if the phone shows more than one line.

Privacy reminder

Share identifiers only through a trusted support channel. Do not post them in reviews, public forums or social media. If you are unsure which screenshots to send, see what information eSIM support needs.
