A travel eSIM can work well in one place and lose service in another because mobile coverage is not identical in every city, building, underground area, island, mountain, or transport route. Local partner availability and congestion can also change as you move.
Rule out an indoor coverage problem
Move near a window or outdoors and wait several minutes. Basements, lifts, tunnels, airports, concrete buildings, and crowded venues can weaken mobile signals. If service returns outside, the eSIM profile is probably installed correctly.
Refresh after moving
- Confirm the EasyTripGo line is still enabled.
- Check that it remains selected for mobile data.
- Keep data roaming on for the travel eSIM.
- Toggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds.
- Restart the phone if it does not register.
Try another supported partner
Automatic selection may remain attached to a weak operator. Open Network Selection and try another partner listed in the plan instructions. Do not select an unrelated or maritime network. If 5G is unstable, try LTE or 4G for a more consistent connection.
Check the plan area
Confirm that you have not crossed into an uncovered country or region. A single-country plan will not work across every border, and offshore coverage is not guaranteed. See our border-crossing guide and weak indoor signal guide.
If service remains unavailable in an included area, record the exact location, time, signal status, selected operator, and visible network list. Send these details with the order number and ICCID to official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp. Do not delete the eSIM.
