If your eSIM worked earlier but suddenly stopped, the profile usually does not need to be reinstalled. Check plan status and network conditions before changing advanced settings.
1. Check remaining data and validity
Open the data-usage link in your EasyTripGo delivery email and enter the ICCID if requested. Confirm that data remains and the plan has not expired. See How to Check Your Remaining eSIM Data. If all data is exhausted, purchase a new plan.
2. Confirm the phone settings
- Mobile data is on.
- EasyTripGo is selected as the data SIM.
- The EasyTripGo line is enabled.
- Data roaming is enabled on EasyTripGo.
- Automatic data switching to the primary line is off.
3. Refresh the connection
- Turn off VPN temporarily.
- Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off.
- Restart the phone.
- Move outdoors or near a window and test again.
4. Try another supported network
If the delivery instructions list more than one partner, switch from automatic selection and test another listed network. Never select an operator that is not supported by the plan. Follow Manual Network Selection.
Do not delete the eSIM
Deleting the profile does not reset coverage or remaining data and may make reinstallation impossible.
