Emergency calls only usually means that the Android phone has not registered normally with a mobile network. With a travel eSIM, check the active line, destination coverage, data roaming, and partner operator before assuming that the eSIM is defective.
Check whether mobile data works
Turn Wi-Fi off and try opening a new website. If data works, the message may relate to normal voice service. Most EasyTripGo plans are data-only and do not provide a standard phone number or carrier voice calls. If data also fails, continue below.
Verify the eSIM settings
- Open Settings → Connections, Network & Internet, or SIM Manager.
- Make sure the EasyTripGo eSIM is enabled.
- Select it as the default mobile data SIM.
- Turn on data roaming for that eSIM.
- Turn off automatic data switching during testing.
Reconnect to the network
Move to an open area, turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off. Wait several minutes. Leave network selection on Automatic first. If registration fails, scan the available networks and select only a supported partner. A network shown as forbidden or unavailable may not be included in the plan.
For more steps, see Mobile Network Not Available on Android.
When to contact support
Do not delete the eSIM or factory-reset the phone. Send the order number, ICCID, exact location, phone model, screenshots, and the names of visible networks to official@easytripgo.com or EasyTripGo Support on WhatsApp.
