How do I use my regular SIM and eSIM together?
Keep your regular SIM selected for calls and messages and choose EasyTripGo for mobile data. Disable cellular-data switching if you do not want the phone to use your primary SIM automatically.
Should data roaming be turned on?
Travel eSIMs commonly require data roaming to connect to partner networks. Enable it for the EasyTripGo eSIM only, unless your plan says otherwise.
Can I share data using a hotspot?
Hotspot availability depends on the plan, partner network, and device. Check the product description. If supported but unavailable, verify the APN and hotspot settings.
Can I transfer an eSIM to another phone?
Transfer and reinstallation rules depend on the plan. Do not delete the eSIM unless the instructions confirm it can be reinstalled or transferred. Contact support before changing devices.
